The forums are visible to anyone, but the code fixes are indeed visible to members only (same policy as vbulletin.com). There was a problem with your forum account - you created it years ago, but never activated it. You wrote us about that issue last night, and we fixed it this morning.

yet yesterday, no one could be bothered to answer the most simple of requests at your company. Not because they very busy, but because they were hell bend it making is sound like it was my fault.

You emailed us your requests at about 6-7pm U.S. time on New Years Day. I'm sorry but I don't know any companies that had anyone working at that time. As soon as we were at work this morning, we fixed your forum account access and resolved your issues first thing.

I don't think this is the proper place to discuss such issues.

I agree, but if someone is going to say bad things about us, I think we should at least be given the opportunity to tell our side of the story.
