The forums are visible to anyone, but the code fixes are indeed visible to members only (same policy as vbulletin.com). There was a problem with your forum account - you created it years ago, but never activated it. You wrote us about that issue last night, and we fixed it this morning.

You emailed us your requests at about 6-7pm U.S. time on New Years Day. I'm sorry but I don't know any companies that had anyone working at that time. As soon as we were at work this morning, we fixed your forum account access and resolved your issues first thing.

I agree, but if someone is going to say bad things about us, I think we should at least be given the opportunity to tell our side of the story.
