I need some questions answered please

1st.

Well I have a side column on my site ( I looked at Peggy's site to get it done hope you dont mind). And I would like it on the right not the left how would I do that?

Were is the option or mod were every time someone replies to a thread you started (or posted in), you get an email about it?

3rd.
How do I pick which editor mod is set for everyone? (the little "a" button in the right corner when your making a post)

1)There's several Right Hand column mods in the Templates Modfifcation forum for you to choose from

2)In that particular thread,under Thread Tools,subscribe to it

3)Thats under your Admincp,vbulletin options,Message Posting Interface

2. How can I subscribe to threads for everyone by default?

I dont think you want that.If i'm a spammer,it will bring loads to your box serving out those emails every now and then to several thousands of members at a time.

Can you find me one I tried the USC one but it doesnt suite my needs.
