i also delet my all database and then install the forum.. but he stilll there. that is very smart hacker

I am going to take a leap here and say this guy is either

1. lying
2. Assuming there is a hacker because of some simple problem he is causing himself
3. A person that suffers from multiple personality disorder and is 'hacking' his own forum.

i know who are you. http://www.vbnova.com is your forum right? i m lying.????....i i know why you said i m lying....i know i m the vb newcomer . but i just know i download the skin from your wedsite and got hack.... you said i m lying because i post the messenger in your forum said " i download the skin from there and i got hack" i just ask the peoples here for help....did i said your froum have many hacker....i did not. why you said i m the lying....

the hacker put the bencode.php on my incluede folder

I don't think that file is a problem. I have that file on my site because I use the functions for my tracker.

they rewrite my categories in my admin php....is anyone know how to change back?

Correct. bencode.php is just the BEncode library.

Hmm If you uninstalled and reinstalled and deleted the databases, how can he still be there in anyway?
