How can I include articles on my site? Is there a mod or something for the latest vBulletin version?

Vbadvanced Dynamics works with the latest vbulletin version and can be used for articles

If you're going to be creating articles on a fairly regular basis, that's probably the way to go. If you only are going to have a few that aren't going to be edited very often, then you could just use your own vB powered page. And if you have vBadvanced's CMPS, you could integrate that page with it.
