the forum row: i mean just a one forum from the forums index page.

So basically I have a page that I have created with my own content. Now, instead of linking to the forums I wanted to include one forum from the forums index in the page I created.

Think of an iframe example but showing just one of the forums.

Do you understand what I mean?
