However, if that's not your site were you get the bug, you should try to download the latest vBulletin version from the Members Area, upload it to your forum (you can create a new folder and a new database, if your hosting allow you to have more that one DB on your plan), run the installation script and check if it all is going right without problems. Now, with a default clean vBulletin installation, try to change the vBulletin default template. If you get the same error, then it's your hosting. Try to ask to the hosting provider.
