Add a template into a template?
Basically I have a sidebar on my forumhome, and what i want to do is add in an affiliates section.
but instead of having a huge list of affiliates in my forumhome template, I want to call in another template that has all the information in it. Like having $affiliates and calling to an affiliates template. How do I do this? Sorry if this has been posted but so far I haven't found anything that i understood ho to do.. |

You're looking at a basic plugin product really. Although there's plenty of already built modifications that deal with sponsors/affiliates, mine included.

Have a look at this article:-
[How To Include A Custom Template Via Plugins] This helped me create a custom side navigation system which I used to integrate between 2 different producs [Integration Project For vbAdvanced and Logican's WebTemplates]. The basics of both should help you on the way to creating your own custom content. |
