Export/Import FAQ

Is there a way to export the faq? I am making some modifications to the FAQ on my test site and I want to be able to export it from my test site and import it to my real site just like you can with styles and products. Can I do this from the Admin CP? If I can't do it from the Admin CP and I have to do it from the database, is it only the FAQ table I would need to worry about?
