Editing vBulletin template

I have installed a skin onto my vBulletin forum and I'm wishing to do the following edits.

I've done it in IPB, but after switching to vB I couldn't figure it out. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Well, first you need to have a parent forum, called DOMAIN NAME in your example, and have it be just a category (Act as Forum set to No). Then, you need to change the Parent forum for the other two forums, Main Forum and testtt, to have DOMAIN NAME as the parent. Then you may change the colors and such after that.

actually you can do that in forum manager where you write the thread info. I guest what ever script you can use, put it there and make sure to center it.

That seems a lot easier than what I had in mind. i'll try it out an edit this post.

Could anyone direct me to the area where I would edit the location of the forum description. I would like the forum title and description on one line, but I can't seem to locate it in the template.
