Large space between logo and navbar

In my fix replace:

<!-- top nav buttons bar -->
<div style="text-align:center">

with:

<!-- top nav buttons bar -->
<div style="text-align:center;padding:10px 0 0 0">

Adjust the "10px" to whatever number. I've provided 2 attachments. The first is with IE and the other in FF. The space between the logo and upper navbar is the same when the fix provided in post #17 + the above replacement update. Let me know how it goes.
