Add Links to "Useful Links" Section of AdminCP

OK. So I searched for everything that I could think of, and came up empty. I would like to add a couple of links to the "Useful Links" section on the AdminCP main page (see screenshot). Does anyone know what template or file I need to edit to do this? Thanks.
