Newbie Needing vB Module Advice & Help

Hi, All:

I'm totally new to vBulletin and just bought my vBulletin license last week but haven't installed it yet.

I've done some desktop programming in Windows but am quite ignorant of the LAMP environment.

I need some kind advice/help on the following questions:
(1) Is vBulletin 3.6.8 SEO friendly, or do I still need to install some SEO module to make it so?
(2) vBcredits seems great; but are there other worthy alternatives I should consider?
(3) I need a vB dollar/currency exchange/bank, very much like this one:

Is there a vB module that will readily or easily do what NamePros does?
(4) What is the most versatile (and hopefully easy) module to use for AdSense, ClickBank, & other Ad revenues?
(5) I am thinking of installing vBadvanced, but how about other alternatives (e.g. MKPortal), and which is the best among them to use?

In terms of immediate importance or value to me at this time, in descending order, they are in the order shown above, i.e. (1) being the most immediately important and (5) the least.

Is there someone who is very familiar with all the above and preferably has a forum already having those features working that I can take a look.
