A Design Forum
My new, well not really, site. Is about graphics, from vbulletin to sigs. We are trying our best to produce tons of things, but it takes time, will get there. So please give me the good and the bad. Also notice the custom design.

That's a nice forum. I really like the pretty simple design you've made. I'm Norman there.

Overall I quite the look of the whole layout although it's simple enough it comes together quite nicely especially the variety of forum icons. However, The edging of the text in the logo is questionable and could do with being smoother, give it an anti-aliased edge so the curves in the letters look visually better and eliminate the jaggedness.
In the thread display area there are some icons which are placed on a black background which are originally saved for a white matted background so ensure that all icons and images throughout the board are correctly saved so that redundant colours aren't spoiling the edging on any images. I would also replace the vbulletin stock threadmarkers for custom variations to enhance the visually side and thus complementing the style and colours better. Overall, it looks nice, not great but with a few enhancements and customs images the visual side will turn out for the better. Goodwork and goodluck. |
