When someone enters to a section to which they do not have persmission i am getting this messege

"You have been banned for the following reason:
No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never"

How to fix this?

Go to the usergroup manager in the admin control panel and edit the usergroup(s) having this error by changing 'This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group' to 'Yes.'
