Usernotes on profile (instead of link)

I tried to add the contents of the usernote template to the memberinfo template, but nothing shows up, I assume it's beacuse the neccesary PHP code isn't in the memberinfo.php page. I don't want to start manually editing php pages because it will make upgrading a pain.

Also, I don't want a whole large "myspace" type profile mod, I JUST want to have the usernotes show up ON the profile page instead of a link to them.

Any ideas?

I hope something like this will be done when vb 3.7 comes out. If not, this is quite useful, as I never even used a usernote until the other day and had my site for years now.
