3 skin problems , please help :)

Im not sure if i posted this before in here but yeah i really need help

I was trying for hours and hours last night and the night before and i couldn't figure it out.


1. How do i add a border between each section? (how do i change the color of the border)
Also how do i make it so that when i hover over the section, the entire section changes color.

2. How do i seperate each section (category) and have spaces between them (shows the bg of the forum in between the spaces)?

3. How do i change the color of the forum titles (where?)

Dont mean to advertise but i want my forum skin to look like this with the sections, seperated catagory with borders between sections and hovering them will cause the section to change color. (i know its a ipb but i believe you can do the same with vb)
