Hello. I have a problem connected wiht the fact that I'm writing in Armenian in my forum! The titels of categories, forums and posts are too short and incomplete! What can I do?

I mean that when I want to write something that consists of, e.g. 60 characters, after postinq I see only 40 characters and at the end is the character "&", i.e. the title is incomplete! The same is for the titels of categogories and forums!
