Hi,

Alright well what I want to do is make a forum where members can read stickied threads (or threads made by admin/mod) and their own threads, but cannot view someone else's thread, nor reply to it.
Is there a mod which exists for this already?

No mod is necessary for the second part. Simply set the user group's forum permissions to not be able to see other people's threads.

Hmm.. bugger me for reviving, was out of the loop.

Is there a way to make only stickied threads publicaly viewable, but any non-stickied can only be seen by their respective users though?
