how would i get training?

i need refrences and links please man

the main thing i wanna learn is how to write hacks, and also make websites from scratch

Well if you just want to learn how to write hacks, then learn by playing around with source code, and reading the articles on this website. But it won't teach you how to be a good programmer. It's important to learn concepts first. You'd get training at university, or a technology college. I'm sure there's third-party IT agencies that do java training courses too.

If you just want to start learning PHP then visit this link http://www.w3schools.com/php/default.asp. They provide some very valuable information and tutorials.
