Hi guys, Recently Im geting this error from the attachments at my board

This what is showing at the attachments in my forum

Any Ideas of what is going on? please

The message is clear: the file can not be found (or permissions do not allow the webserver to read the file).

Check the path to your attachments in your ACP and make sure it is a valid path. Then, as Marco suggested, check the permissions on the folders to make sure users have access.
