i was change my server and my forum has a problem now.
forum time always to be slow.
what i can for this?

try setting it to gmt then set it to the desired timezone... reply if this helps or not

anyway i did but it s not solution (even i did work sql)

i setting from server panel,it work but for just min
it has to be slow again

This is a server issue, contact your host.

but i use vps.
i settings time and repair for this time,again to be slow.
