Tienes que verificar que eres una cliente valida de vbulletin, ingresando a aqui:
http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php
...utiliza el customernumber and password que Jelsoft te envio al momento de comprar tu licencia (por email) para ingresar, y luego en aquella pagina, pon el o los correos electronicos que usas en tu cuenta en vbulletin.com y vbulletin.org

De esa forma, puedes acceder a todos los foros en este sitio, incluidos los que contienen las modificaciones como las que estas buscando.
