This is about a specific as I can get.

That’s why I’m asking if anyone else is having “issues” with the new version with installed hacks.

I have removed nearly every hack and only have three left including number of visitors, who viewed my profile and reputation marks.

Anything else is a template modification and those usually don’t cause issues since they do not involve code.
