Need help identifying the add-on "Gallery for vB 3.5.1"

Hello,
I'm administrating a forum which has been set up by another person. I can't get proper information from the former admin anymore, so I'm asking you for help. There's an add-on which shows up as:

Gallery for vB 3.5.1 | v1.0.8 | A gallery-system integrated in the forum

in the list of add-ons. When I click on [Edit], it shows the title: "Produkt 101 ?ndern". That's German and it means:

"Change product 101"

I also found the following modification in the template "FORUMHOME":

I can't find the download for this gallery. I need the ZIP-file with the install/uninstall instructions, because I want to replace that gallery product. Does anybody know that product?
