I'm planing on buying a used Vb license and vBSeo license but I don't want to get screwed over and be told that I got duped for my money.

Is it legit to buy used licenses? And what steps should I take in making the correct decision?

What steps do I follow when transferring a VB license ?

What steps do I follow when transfering an vBSeo license?

I remember reading an article on the whole VB license issue but can't remember where I read it. Help pointing men the right direction is much appreciated.
