CMOD'ing a file?
What does it mean to CMOD a file and how do you do it? For example I'm supposed to CMOD a file to 777.

You can also usually do it with your ftp application. Just do a Get Info and there is usually the option to change permissions right there. (However, you need the user to have permission to change the permissions).
