Default using better includes?

So my vbulletin message center in the admin panel is telling me that...
Quote:
There are currently 19 customized template(s) that need to be updated or reverted. Some sections of vBulletin may not function if you do not do this!
I know what is causing this. It is because I currently use an include within an iframe to place the header on each forum the way I want it. I know that is a horrid way to archive this, but it was the only way I could get it to work in a way that integrates with the rest of the website.

So now it looks like I need to try once again to figure out how to do this other style of includes. Anybody with tons of patience brave enough to help me?

Here is a sample of the code I use for one of the band forums I host.

Code:
<a name="top"></a>

<a name="top"></a>
<IFRAME NORESIZE="NORESIZE" FRAMEBORDER="0" WIDTH="100%" HEIGHT="260" MARGINWIDTH="0" MARGINHEIGHT="0" SCROLLING="NO" BGCOLOR="#000000" SRC="http://www.rockmymonkey.com/x/InThisMomentForumInclude.php"></iframe>

<!-- content table -->
$spacer_open

$_phpinclude_output

Have you upgraded vBulletin recently? If you have, it means you haven't put in the new required changes.

Yes, it was after the last update that it told me the info above.

You will need to look in the release threads and make the required template changes.

I don't think you understand my question. If I wanted to just revert back to the standard look I would just click that button. I need to include a header just like I do now. The problem is that my current method does not use the Sever Side Include method that this board uses.

What I am looking for is how to do the method of server side includes that this board uses.

The iframe does not cause that error. That error is saying that your templates do not have the required changes for the upgrade. You don't have to revert everything.

Ok, now I am confused. The iframe is part of the template. So how do I find out this mysterious missing element of the template without reverting it?

What are the 19 templates ?

Your modified header is only one template (unless you have 19 styles of course).
