OPEN closed thread AND move

Hi, have searched everywhere for a modification where i can open a closed thread and move it to another forum at the same time. I've found a mod that closes and moves HERE which works fine doing what it says. closes a thread and moves it.

All i need is the above hack to work in the oposite direction so to speak. Some of my forums auto close after a set time period so that no further posts can be made (auction style setup)

After they close, my supermods then have to move the thread to another area for what we class as donation and confirmation. At the point the thread is moved it has to be reopened so that the "auction" winner can post that they have donated and then so that the reciever of the donation can then post confirmation of receipt of it. At the moment the supermods have to first move the forum THEN reopen it so its a 2 stage process whereas the above hack working in teh oposite direction would make a quick and simple operation. yeah i know its only 2 stages and its not that hard but there has been a number of times that they have forgotten to reopen the thread and it causes confusion later on.

I have tried to alter the above hack so it works the way i want it to but for whatever reason when i click the open and move operation button i just get a white blank page so i'm obviously doing something wrong. Anyone with any knowledge willing to help it would be really appreciated.
