Does anyone know how to increase the size of the Quick Reply box? Which template do I edit?
Thanks. |

Better late than never...
While this is good if you want to change the width of the Quick Reply box...it doesn't help if you want to change the heighth. In order to change the heighth, this is hard coded into vBulletin's functions_editor.php, which can be found in the includes folder. Once you open the functions editor.php file search for this string: $editor_height The default is set to 100 px. You can change this to the heighth you want...I set mine to 200...and it looks fine. Once you've edited the functions_editor.php, save your changes and upload the changed file to the includes folder on your server. You may want to save an old version, just in case you change your mind and want to go back to the previous version. I hope you found this information useful... |
