Complicated Navbar on Template
Hi, I am helping someone with their forum at the moment and we are struggling to work out how to add and change different things in the navbar.
This is the website http://www.slimforlifeonline.com/gidiets The template I am having a problem with is a fitness template I am completly baffled on how to add and change things in the navbar. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Can anyone help at all? I have taken another look to see if I can edit the navbar in the template but I am completely lost.
