Am I correct you only see what is changed after upgrade?

In that case I would like the old notice back too, or something like it. My board also has some hacks.
Depending on how many templates and/or files changed, I decided to either do a full upgrade or just a partial upgrade (which is a lot less work).

As far as I'm concerned you don't need to list all changes, just the names of the templates and files which have changes. That would already be nice to be able to make a good decision.

By the way.. thanks for the 3.6.6. upgrade!
