How is MOTM setup, it at a Modification that can be installed.

I have a section for articles that people have written that I would like to users to be able to nominate articles and then be able to vote on the best articles for a given period of time.

I have searched the forum and I have searched the websites of other forums and have not seen anything similar the MOTM that is on this forum.

What I'm looking for is a modification that you have on them first post where people can nominate that mode (Mod Information).

Please let me know if this is possible?

Its a custom made part of the site, maybe the staff could tell you how its setup.

Thank you for the reply, the staff have a notation in their profiles that they will not respond to PM(s), so I guess I just have to wait and see if one of them will reply are not?

In the meantime if anybody else knows how to do this I would appreciate some feedback?
