Obligation message on login

Ich suche einen Mod der beim Einloggen eines Users in seinen Account, eine Nachricht anzeigt, die der Benutzer ?ber eine Checkbox als gelesen markieren muss um den Account betreten zu k?nnen. Dieser Mod muss abschaltbar sein und editierbar. Das ganze hat den Sinn das man den Usern eine AGB ?nderung mitteilen kann oder sie warnen kann, sollten einmal von Hackern, Pedophilen, Pornos oder illegale Inhalte in mein Forum gepostet werden.

Im seaching for an obligation message while a user is login into his useraccount.
This message musst be market as read by user and is displayed only once.
This message musst be editable by admin and s-mods! Its a message like the message that where displayed at http://bin-layer.de while login into account. Example: A Message is displayed if the Disclaimer has been changed.
