I get the top error all the time and i get the second one when i try to login or to login the adminpanel i havent edited any files just templates and added a few files i have now deleted them files but nothing!!!!!
A friend had a look and said that they are screwed and i need help

This is likely caused by a modification you have installed, and I'm quite sure it's vB Ad Management.

cant use just re-install the original VB files over the top, like doing a upgrade.
