Version 2.1 doesn't have a time stamp due to users different time zones. You can, however, look at the archive and see shout times.

Versión 2.1 Solved.

1: Go to forum_vbshout_shout
2: Find this line: <if condition="!$Shout[s_me]">
3: Add before: [{$Shout['time']}]

Although already I solved to the date and hour, now arises to me another problem, and is that "ñ" and the accents "´", and other orthographic signs do not recognize it, that I can do? Is some poblema of ISO?

Please, somebody knows the solution?
