This hack allows you to add a new column to your members pages and allows to to sort the list by the last post date and time and allows you to see when people last posted so that you can get rid of non-posters etc.

I asked for this one in the 'how do i do' forum so I thought I'd pass it on. At the moment it says '01-01-1970' if the member hasn't posted so it needs something added there but don't know how to do it, but otherwise very usful.
