For several days now, I get emails saying

and then my forum will go down. I submitted a support ticket with my host and they said

This isn't actually a server error. This error is caused when a script is opening too many concurrent connections using the same mysql user, which in this case appears to be "theneigh_vb". Generally when this happens with the vBulletin script it is usually the result of a poorly coded add-on/modification, however this is not always the case.

I am desperate to know what the heck is wrong with my forum and why it keeps going down. Since this has started my forum has also taken a long time to load and refresh as well.

This error is not (directly) caused by too many connections, and it IS a server error.
