So you want every announcement to be shown separately, right?

Take a look at this option in the adminCP:
vBulletin Options > Forum Display Options > Group Announcements

If you choose yes, only one announcement title will be shown, but if you click the link, you'll be able to see all of them.

No will make every announcement to be displayed separately.
