Database question
First off if this is in the wrong area I apologize.
So here is what I got. My current board is 3.5.4 Our host just SUCKS! so we went with another host. So since I have to move the board I figured I would upgrade it to 3.6.4 So I have the new board up and running with a bunch of template modifications. Now since then I have ben trying to read up on the database side of things because that side really does confuse me. So my question is when I am ready to pull the plug on the board, backup the database and install the database into the new board--are all my modified templates going to be over writen? Thanks for any input because like I say I know how the board but not the database side of it all.. |

- definitely make a backup
- download your style via Style Manager:up: your 3.5.4 style will not be overwritten; however, you will encounter problems if you do not update this style to 3.6.4 standards ... many changes have been made |
