I cannot upload any new file I've added thrue attachment manager

This is what diagnostic sad

upload_tmp_dir: Np
upload_max_filesize: 2.00 MB

No file uploaded and no local file found. The test cannot continue.

I can upload jpg, jpeg, gif and all default vb extensions
And I setupd 10 mb form mpg but in diagnostic tool it sad 2 mb, is it possible that I need to do something in php on server?

upload_tmp_dir is not set and should be, and yes, php has a few settings that will need to be upadated.
