Is there a hack that sends a thank you PM or e-mail after a paid subscription happens?

See my recent post at the end about the subscription title not being filled in using vb 3.6.4. If someone can fix it great. Otherwise just edit the wording of the email so it doesn't have to include the title of the subscription.
