Being stupid? Mass prune by e-mail address?
Hi, like most forums we get a number of spam users signing up. They often share the same e-mail domain such as mail.ru. I have many of these users and I want to remove them from the database. Is there no standard way of removing many users based on their e-mail addresses?

Sorry there is no standard option to prune based on email address.
Setting "Allow User to Keep Banned Email Addresses" (user banning options) to No might help you with these users. |

Oh right, that's quite surprising. The mass prune options do seem quite limited, for example you way wish to mass remove people with certain words in their profiles, or in my case, everyone on the same e-mail domain.
What does your suggestion do? Does it ban them? |

Perhaps someone could advise me on a MySQL statement that would remove all users with the same e-mail domain in their records? That'd achieve the same thing.

Any further ideas on this?
