I'm personally not sure how to go about that. But if it were my site my staff would be TOLD not to use the feature and that would be that. If you can't rely on your staff to abide by your rules then I would start looking for some new staff. One way you could do it is to edit the option in the vbshout. Then if you want to edit the shout just turn the feature on for that moment back off. I know it would be bit of a pain but lets face it who prunes their shout all that much? I only do it with spammers and banned users................ But I am sure someone here will respond with a better solution. Just thought I would drop my 2 cents.
