tcache folder anyone know what its for?

Yeah thats what i thought, but i been through them with no mention of a tcache folder.
All i can find in google is this http://www.knittinginfo.org/thankyou.php.htm

Now i do remember having installed that but it was from here and i cant find it now.
But i honestly cant see how it can add nearly 3gb of files just to translate pages lol
Not only that this tcache folder is updating daily hence i dont just want to remove it

Looking at the files on the server it looks like it is that translation hack, i have the files that its mentioning
