Can't get $forumbits to display properly

I'm creating a second home page and I want to display the forum listings. I'm using FORUMHOME as a base for the new template. I've got the following in the new template, taken directly from FORUMHOME:

Everything shows up fine, except the forum listing pulled from the $forumbits code. What am I missing?

if its a vBulletin powered page you'll need to create a plugin to find eval the $forumbits template
