The more detailed you are in your service requests post, the easier it is for a coder to know if he can complete your project. IE: Your budget, Service Request Deadline/Timeline, Complete Project Summary, and any other additional information that a Coder may need...

This wont guarantee you will get your requests answered, but it will certainly help.
