Vinnie you are right, vBulletin is a very good software and I also like php scripts more than cgi (easier to use, etc.), BUT this doesn?t mean, that cgi and ikonboard is bull****!

ok, its enough now, iB vs vB isn?t the point in this topic.

This is true, however Perl scripts (written very well, and especially using mod_perl) can be just as fast as PHP.
