Moderators cant see the ModCP link in the footer.

How do i need to set it up so they can see that. Right now their primary usergroup is Moderators with all the usual permissions...except for the modcp link i guess??

Is it just on that skin?
Or any skin you try and do.

Any skin.

Including default 3.6.4 with plugins disabled via config.php file edit.
