I need a checkbox on my registration page where users can agree or disagree to receive my newsletter. What would be the easiest way to do this.
The adresses that from users that want to receive the newsletter should be added to my Aweber list. Anyone has an idea to accomplish this? Cheers, Dirk. |

If there is no ready made solution, I'm going to use a custom field in vBulletin to ask "Do you want to receive the newselleter?". This will store a 1 or 0 in a database. I guess I'll use cron to hit Aweber with their username and email address. From there, of course, the user will still have agree to join the newsletter. Some people may not.

this doesn't seem to be available for aweber, so we've been using MailChimp, and it works great w/ the MailChimp integration plugin.
