It appears you have the vbulletin default header ( ie the image that says vbulletin) and your new header ( the purple area) this is causing your forums to be pushed down past the menu.I see you are using subdreamer is their an option to disable the vbulletin header in that software? If not go into your vbulletin default style find the header template and remove this code:
